Most coaching is coach-led, most change work is modality-led. My work is client-centered and skills oriented.

This means we follow your thinking, not a script. Nothing is imposed, rushed, or forced. The tools we use in sessions become your skills for life. The clarity comes from you — and that's why it lasts.

And because we work with the body and nervous system — not just your thinking — we make sure that your change isn't just understood. It's felt.

People often say they feel deeply understood — and able to think in ways they haven't before.

What we do together

This is not a single session designed to "fix" you but a collaborative experience for personal growth.

Real change happens when we work with the whole system — body and mind together. That takes intention, commitment, and the right conditions. Creating those conditions is what this work is about.

  • Resolving experiences that have been quietly shaping your present

My background includes

Hypnosis, EFT, NLP, integrated mind-body approaches to change, and more traditional methods of coaching and therapy — but the work is always shaped around you, not the modality.

Larisse is able to pick apart the many, tangled pieces when I'm overwhelmed or fearful. She observes the big picture and hones in on what I say, allowing me to feel heard. She uses what I call her Box of Magic because it doesn't seem to matter what I present to her, she has different tools to gently shift me out of the place I'm in, and into a state of calm reflection. She is absolutely remarkable.

How long will it take us to meet my goals?

It depends on the person and what they're working on. What I can tell you is this:

  • I will create a safe, non-judgmental space where real exploration is possible.

  • I will guide you through experiences that help recondition the automatic patterns that have been running your life.

  • I will teach you skills that you keep — so you can continue to grow long after our work together ends.

How do I know if it will work?

I can guarantee that you will feel differently about yourself and your situation after each session. Not because I'm doing something to you — but because clarity and shift happen naturally when the right conditions are created. That's what this work does.

Where are you located

I am located in beautiful Vancouver, BC, and primarily work via Zoom with clients all over the world. It is also possible to see me in-person in my Vancouver office.

Can you bill to MSP?

While coaching and therapy services (including hypnotherapy), are typically not included in standard MSP, some extended coverages do include allotments for such services. If this is the case, you may be able to submit your receipts for reimbursement after paying for your sessions.

what sorts of issues do you work with?

The techniques at my disposal are applicable and useful to almost any issue, both internal — gaining self-awareness and overcoming obstacles within yourself, and external — coping with your environment, past, present, or future.
